Hence, Homebuyer Reports are usually apt for buildings from the 1920s until the current era, without modifications, maintained sufficiently, and no bigger than five bedrooms.

Key concerns are documented, but lesser matters such as adornment and aesthetic impairment are not elaborated upon extensively. Every section features a ‘traffic light rating’; red meaning ‘Beware’ and green indicating satisfactory.
