Good condition denotes that you may inhabit the residence with merely decorative rectification, such as refurbishing the décor.

Thus, such reports are ordinarily relevant for homes dating back to the 1920s to the present, free from extensions, cared for appropriately, and restricted to a maximum of five bedrooms.

The report offers direct recommendations, forgoing lengthy technical accounts. Significant problems will be noted, though minor aspects like décor and superficial items won’t receive detailed attention. To each area, a ‘traffic light code’ is affixed; red denoting ‘Beware’ and green signifying satisfactory.

When a red indicator is shown, plain and uncomplicated suggestions are provided, potentially indicating the necessity for a supplementary evaluation (e.g., by a specialised organisation) to secure a sensible cost for mending or substituting that section of the structure.
